Eccentric but charmingly so, staff remembered us from last year and were welcoming and helpful. Well situated, big rooms (more a suite than a room).
The hotel has a swimming pool. We wanted to go for a swim but were asked for ten euros each for the privilege. We did not go for a swim.

Hotel Santoli has a great staff and offered a garage for the safety of our motorcycles during our 2 night stay during the MotoGP race weekend. The close to downtown location made it a nice short walk to the local shops.
Most of the Italian hotels offer a breakfast included in the night's stay price. Hotel Santoli's did as well, but was a little disappointing in comparison to other hotels in the same price range. I noticed also that there was some kind of strange senior citizen pilgrimage happening there also.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions, even lending me the power adaptors I needed. The hotel is environmentally conscious and it shows in their attention to detail. The lounge had a retro vibe, which felt genuine and not forced. The room was spacious and in a great location, just a short walk to the center of town. I really appreciated the extra effort they put into making my stay enjoyable.
Nothing bad to say.

Balcony overlooked parking lot. Needed better view, maybe of the town or countryside.

Great spot, clearly family owned and not a chain. Staff was friendly and helpful, even lent us power adaptors. The room had plenty of space and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and the soul festival. Appreciated the extra effort they put in.
The balcony overlooked the parking lot, but the fresh air made up for it.
